Bart Rendel & Doug Parks
Bart and Doug are veteran church leaders and co-founders of Intentional Churches. Through coaching and training over 300 churches, they developed a biblically-based church leadership system calledChurchOS, which is being used across the US and beyond. They are the authors of Intentional Churches: How Implementing an Operating System Clarifies Vision, Improves Decision Making, and Stimulates Growth.

Brian Jobe – Senior Pastor at Compass Christian Church in Chandler, AZ
Brian Jobe has served as the Senior Pastor at Compass Christian Church since 2016. He formerly served as the Senior Pastor at Harvester Christian Church in Saint Charles, MO for 6 years. Before that, he served at Savannah Christian Church in Savannah, GA for 11 years as a Regional Campus Pastor and member of the Teaching Team. Brian has been married to Marie for 25 years and they have two daughters, Sydney and Sophie. Brian loves to preach and gets fired up seeing people come to know Jesus in a life-changing way! He enjoys time with his family, sports (especially golf), and music.

Drew Moore – Lead Pastor at Canyon Ridge Christian Church in Las Vegas, NV
Drew Moore has always been about pointing people to life in Jesus. After graduating from Illinois State University in 2000, he began a seven-year run as math teacher, football coach and high school ministry volunteer at Eastview Christian Church. In 2006, he made ministry his vocation as Eastview’s High School Pastor. After completing a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation at Lincoln Christian University, Drew began at Canyon Ridge in 2012 as Pastor of Student Life, where he served until becoming Lead Pastor in October of 2018. Drew loves the outdoor adventure and spending quality time with his wife Layne and his four kids, Luke, Nina, Miles, and Zeke.

Ben Coleman – Adults Pastor at Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Sugar Land, TX
Ben has been serving churches and parachurch ministries in Texas, Louisiana and Florida since 2000. He currently serves on the Executive Leadership Team at Sugar Creek Baptist Church as the Adults Pastor. In this role, he gives strategic leadership to the various age-group ministries, as well as being the point person for their ChurchOS initiatives. Ben loves working with teams to create alignment and mobilize the church to reach their communities for Christ. Ben, and his wife Megan, have been married since 2004 and have 4 children. You can normally find Ben with a cup of coffee in his hand, talking about golf or the last book he finished reading.

Garry Poole – Intentional Churches
Garry is a skilled outreach specialist, training facilitator, and strategic planning consultant for churches and organizations around the world. Garry is the author of numerous discussion guides and books, including the award-winning Seeker Small Groups. And he is an Assistant Professor of Christian Thought at Houston Baptist University. In the past, he planted and led an outreach-oriented church in Indianapolis for 5 years. Garry also served on staff as Willow Creek’s Evangelism Point Leader in South Barrington for 18 years.

Matthew Robinson – Pastor of Ministries & Administration at First Orlando in Orlando, FL
Dr. Matthew Robinson serves on the Executive Team at First Orlando as Pastor of Ministries & Administration. He loves leading teams to tackle complex ministry opportunities in innovative ways. Originally from Tampa, Matthew is a recovering college mathematics professor and administrator and transitioned into full-time ministry as an Executive Pastor after helping plant a church 15 years ago in Tallahassee. He loves spreadsheets, baking, monorails, his wife Rachel, and their two daughters.

Allen Kendrick – Lead Pastor at Vivid Church in Columbia, SC
Allen met his wife Amanda at a youth camp during the summer of 2008 in the hills of Alabama. They both graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Dallas, Texas. Then, they spent four wonderful years in California as Young Adult Pastors. In 2019, they moved from California to Columbia, SC to start Vivid Church. The church had its first public service on September 20, 2020! Since then they have launched a 3rd service, seen almost 100 people baptized, and have outgrown their current facility causing them to relocate the church in January 2023. Joining them throughout this journey are their three daughters, Emma, Mazie, & Lennon Kendrick.

Raymond Hudson – Lead Pastor at City Center Church in Berkeley, CA
Ray has had a passion from a young age to do meaningful work that truly impacts the lives of people. He believes it’s important to choose “Purpose Over Preference.” Ray found purpose and meaning through his relationship with Jesus, who gave up his preferences to give his life for humanity. The starting place is creating a safe place where people can “Belong Before Believing.” His passion is to help people rethink their pre-conceived notions about faith in Jesus. Ray is married to his wife of almost 13 years and they have 4 children, Gabriella, Zeke, Bella, and Leo. He is passionate about making his wife and family more important than what he does.

What to expect.
ChurchOS Conference Tracks are designed to advance you and your team in ChurchOS. Each track is taught by ChurchOS specialists and designed with a special focus based on your role or exposure to ChurchOS. There is something for everyone – from a team-based experience for church’s new to ChurchOS, to advanced topics and specialized tracks for trained Activators, senior leaders, and church planters. Check out the descriptions below and plan to bring a team that could benefit!
Getting Started Team Experience Track

This experiential track is four-part, sequential, facilitated experience for leaders and teams. It is uniquely built for churches who are inexperienced in ChurchOS and want to learn more. Across the four sessions, you will experience first-hand the power of Intentional Growth Planning while learning the essential concepts of ChurchOS for the first time. Each session builds upon the last, leading your team to right-sized next steps to implement the system. (Reading the Intentional Churches book is essential to this track!)
Essentials Track

This track will topically focus on essential tools of ChurchOS and how to teach and use them. It will also cover the core issues typically faced by leaders in their first one to two years of ChurchOS implementation. You must master these fundamentals if you want to create ownership and sustained Kingdom impact for generations to come. For churches in the first 2 years of their ChurchOS Journey.
Maximum Impact Track
This track will topically focus on the core issues typically faced by leaders who are two or more years along in their ChurchOS Journey. The rhythms, training, and deep implementation of ChurchOS runs up against unique challenges as your team is fully adopting and attempting to multiply the system. We will focus our time on these topics.
Senior Leadership Track

This track is built for Senior Pastors and Elder Teams. It will focus on the critical role of senior leadership in the implementation and use of ChurchOS. You will never maximize the impact of ChurchOS if you don’t align senior leadership it will focus on vision casting, healthy church governance, and more.
Evangelism Track
This track will focus on how to ignite the fires of personal evangelism in your church by mobilizing your ninety-nine to pray for, walk with, and reach their ONEs. The central purpose of ChurchOS is to build ONE-focused churches around the world who will reach millions more for Christ. Over the past decade, we have found this topic to be the central road-block to making more and better disciples and have built tools to solve the problem.
