What is the ChurchOS Conference?

The ChurchOS Conference is a gathering designed to deepen the understanding, use, and implementation of ChurchOS. Over the past eight years, hundreds of churches have installed the ChurchOS strategic leadership method and are using it to make more and better disciples. It is revitalizing stuck churches, fueling growth in growing churches, and helping church plants launch healthier and greatly increase their likelihood of success.

Who is Intentional Churches?

Intentional Churches is a dedicated team of church practitioners who have come together to raise the evangelistic temperature of the American church. That vision is now influencing the global church as churches worldwide learn and embrace a biblically-based leadership system called ChurchOS. Churches learn the system by reading the best-selling Intentional Churches book, using digital resources, attending training events, or working directly with Intentional Churches trainers and coaches. Over three hundred churches from 22 denominations have worked directly with the IC team, and hundreds more are on the ChurchOS implementation journey.

Tell Me More About the Conference

The ChurchOS Conference will take place on January 24-25, 2023 in Chandler, AZ. We are expecting hundreds of senior pastors, executive pastors, department leaders, and church planters to be present. The format of the conference will be unique. We will focus the entirety of the conference on advancing in ChurchOS – no matter if you’re just learning about it, or deeply implementing. The main sessions will be efficient and to the point with inspiring talks, and practical panels covering topics our user-base recommends. Six guided tracks will be offered based on the user’s level of ChurchOS implementation.

How much ChurchOS experience do I need to benefit from the conference?

The conference is designed for churches at any point in the ChurchOS journey. Whether it’s your first exposure to ChurchOS or you have been using it for years, you will benefit and gain clarity on the right next step of your journey.

Who will be teaching and speaking?

Intentional Churches is a movement created by church leaders for church leaders. We are practitioners and leaders who both use ChurchOS in our everyday ministry setting and train others to use it. Our conference will include sessions with authors and co-founders Doug Parks and Bart Rendel, as well as up close training from dozens of our most experienced coaches and facilitators.
